Admin will be able to see total active customers, inactive customers, and total customers signed up using social login.
List of the customers: Admin has the ability to access the list of all the customers registered on the platform with details like Image, name, login type, email authentication, phone, email OTP, phone OTP, total orders, active orders, and the option to activate or deactivate the customer.
Customer Details: The detailed view of the customer can also be seen by clicking on the name of the customer. Admin also has the authority to manage the access rights for a customer, their active/inactive status, and permissions to access certain features like orders, promo codes, loyalty cards, etc. The admin can enable/disable the particular vendor for a specific customer.
Order history: The order history of a particular customer can also be seen on the right half of the screen.
Add Customer: The admin can manually add a customer to the list. They have to fill in details like customer name, phone number, and country, and also enable email, and phone verification.
Import/Export Customer List: The admin can import and export the customer list with a single click.
Edit Wallet: The admin can add/deduct money from the customer’s wallet.
