Dashboard

The dashboard lets the admin understand the platform’s performance regarding sales, revenues, vendors, and customers.  On the dashboard screen, the admin can view pending, received, delivered, and canceled orders.  It will also highlight the number of vendors, categories, products, banners, brands, and Return requests received.

The graphical representation on the dashboard’s right side helps get an explicit idea about sales and revenue.  Also, the admin can filter out the information based on duration, location, and categories

Sales and revenue by duration

The admin can see the snapshot of sales occurring on the platform. They can view these statistics in the form of charts and graphs with the ability to sort the data weekly, monthly, or yearly. They can also export the sales report in .svg, .png, or .csv file formats.

The admin can zoom in and out on the chart to view a clear graphical representation of the sales and revenue figures. These review charts can be further filtered using custom dates to view the sales and revenue data for the defined period.

The filters can be reset by clicking the Refresh button in the top right corner of the dashboard screen.

Sales and revenue by Location

Admin can view the sales and revenue trends by location in a graphical view. The revenue by location section will define the revenue stream for different service areas with filter options for week, month, or year. The revenue by Location data will be accessible to the user on the dashboard screen. Still, they could not export these statistics into any exportable file formats, i.e., the data is for visual representation only.

Sales and revenue by Category

Admin can view the top-performing categories (Top 3) in sales and revenue generation. These top categories are the ones for which the products are mostly sold in the defined period.
