The admin can view the map on the right side of the screen, along with the agents’ location on the map. They can change the map view to a satellite view.

Admin can see all assigned and unassigned tasks and the list of dispatching agents and teams. They can also add a new route and refresh the task list at the top of the dashboard screen.
